Glyn Rowett
Cert PFS CeMAP
Managing Director
Glyn established the Company in 1985 as a new start-up and has grown the company to be the largest independent Cornish brokerage. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and also holds the Financial Planning Certificate qualification.
Married to Ann with two sons Gareth & James. He is very keen sportsman and is proud to have captained St Austell Golf Club in their Centenary Year and managed AFC St Austell to win the prestigious Westinsure Cornwall Senior Cup.

Matthew Nile

Matthew has been with the Company since 1995 and progressed to the position of Commercial Director in 2010. He deals with all classes of Commercial Insurance, specialising in Construction and the Motor Trade

Steve Maltby
ACII, Chartered Insurance Broker
Commercial Business Manager
Steve joined the Group in September 2007 after completing 37
years in various management positions with a major UK insurer.
Steve settled in the South West in 1992 having worked at a
number of locations throughout the UK.
He is an Associate of
the Chartered Insurance Institute and past President of the Insurance
Institute of Plymouth.
Steve, who lives in Plymouth, is
married with two sons, a step son and step daughter. He enjoys
rugby, having played the game for many years; he is a keen
spectator at Plymouth Albion.

Anne
Durnian
Branch Manager (Plymouth)
Anne has a wealth of industry experience, having
worked since 1973 with a leading insurer and in more recent years
with national brokers Hill House Hammond. Besides her role as
the Branch Manager at our Plymouth branch she also assists the
Plymouth Commercial Account Manager.

Financial Services Manager
John joined the financial services department in 1995 to advise
on life assurance and mortgages.
John is based at our St Austell Office but financial advice, free of
charge, is available at our Plymouth offices as well by appointment.

Wendy joined the Company in June 2011, after spending 10 years at the NFU where she was a branch manager.

Tracy Westlake
Personal Lines Manager/Accounts
Tracy joined the Company in June 2007. She has a wealth of Personal Lines experience having worked for a national broker and three major insurance companies.
Tracy has now diversified into accounts and completed her AAT qualification in August 2010.
