Glyn Rowett
Cert PFS CeMAP - Managing Director
Glyn established the Company in 1985. He is a registered Insurance
Broker, a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and also holds
the Financial Planning Certificate qualification.
Glyn is a Director and Board member of Westinsure PLC.
Westinsure was formed in 2000 and is an alliance of like minded
professional community insurance Brokers. The group now has 110
member Brokers operating from 133 offices across the UK.

Steve Maltby
ACII, Chartered Insurance Broker – Sales Manager
Steve joined the Group in September 2007 after completing 37
years in various management positions with a major UK insurer.
Steve settled in the South West in 1992 having worked at a
number of locations throughout the UK.
He is an Associate of
the Chartered Insurance Institute and past President of the Insurance
Institute of Plymouth.
Steve, who lives in Plymouth, is
married with two sons, a step son and step daughter. He enjoys
rugby, having played the game for many years; he is a keen
spectator at Plymouth Albion.

- Personal Business Manager
Belinda has been with the company since it's foundation and
has a wealth of personal lines experience

Matthew Nile
(BSc Hons) Dip CII - Commercial Business Manager
Matthew joined the company in 1995 after completing his degree
and handles all classes of commercial business, both new and
existing.

Stephen Marriott-Smalley – Branch
Manager (Truro)
Stephen has worked in the insurance
industry for 30 years as an Insurance Broker and Underwriter
and has specialised in Property, Business Interruption, Liability,
Motor Fleet and claims management. Clients include Property
Owners, Hi Tech Industries, Manufacturing, Food and Construction.
Although Stephen's competitive playing
days are over, he still enjoys playing golf as well as watching
Cricket and Rugby. Stephen is married and has two children.
Holly has just started working in London after university in
Exeter and Jack is starting his university days at Newcastle.
His wife Christine looks after the B&B in St Ives.

Chris Knight
- Commercial Account Manager
Chris is our Commercial Account Manager who specialises in Farm
Insurance. He comes from a farming background and therefore appreciates
their requirements fully. Chris has joined the company in 1996.

Lisa
Peyman BA (Hons) - Training & Compliance Manager
After completing her degree and travelling extensively, Lisa
has worked for the company since 2003, she deals with Financial
Standards Authority compliance matters and handles training for
the Group.

Anne
Durnien - Branch Manager (Plymouth)
Anne has a wealth of industry experience, having
worked since 1973 with a leading insurer and in more recent years
with national brokers Hill House Hammond. Besides her role as
the Branch Manager at our Plymouth branch she also assists the
Plymouth Commercial Account Manager.

John Muirhead
- Financial Services Manager
John joined the financial services department in 1995 to advise
on life assurance, pensions, investments and mortgages.
John is based at our Truro Office but financial advice, free of
charge, is available at St Austell and Plymouth offices by appointment.
