Rowett Insurance Group is Recognised as an Investor in People

Investors in People is the national standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people. The standard ties training needs directly to the long-term aims of the business and gives investment in staff a greater focus.

By formalising our business planning process as well as focussing on staff development and appraisal, we have put 'best practice' in place and we are seeing the benefits already!

The National Business Awards recognise and reward excellence, best practice and innovation in the UK business community.

Rowett Insurance Broking Group are proud to have been singled out by the judges and awarded a coveted 'Highly Commended' status for our entry in The Award for Business Development Through People category.

Broadband Challenge Award

Rowett Insurance Group are the Regional Final Champions for the South West in the category of Businesses awarded in recognition of outstanding innovation in using ADSL Broadband.

Glyn received the trophy on behalf of the Group which was presented by Paul Ross and Phillipa Forester on fun packed evening recognising varying categories.
